Reactivate Client Logins

Any clients who do not log in within 180 days will be inactivated in the Orion system.  

To reactive the user, the advisor must:

• Log in and go to Manage Users
• Select Client tab and then filter for "Inactive"
• Find the client, right click, and select "activate user"

The client can then log in using their previous credentials. Please Note, the client must login within 24 hours of being reset or they will become inactive again.
