Initial Onboarding

Greetings and welcome!

As you progress through the onboarding journey, you will find all of the milestones here in our knowledge base. Here is a preview of the key components of the onboarding timeline, which generally takes about 8 weeks:

• Week 1: Initial Onboarding Paperwork and Training Kickoff
• Week 2: Billing Training
• Week 3: Reporting Training
• Week 4: Your First Time Logging In & Data Training
• Week 5: Database Training
• Week 6: Period End Training (& Trading if applicable)
• Week 7: Mock Bills and Reports
• Week 8: Add-on Configuration

Note that historical data conversions begin in approximately week 5 after your live data begins downloading from your custodian(s).
