XYPN Billing for your Orion Database
Your invoice from XYPN will include your Orion accounts, any additional add-on services you’re using (such as Eclipse, ASTRO, or Orion Risk Intelligence), and any integrations established directly through Orion (for example, Salesforce or XLR8).
Commonly Asked Questions
How is my Orion Database Fee calculated?
- The Orion Database fee is calculated based on the number of accounts with value as of the last day of the quarter. Important Note: All accounts with a balance other than $0.00 will be included in your next invoice regardless of the balance amount or account active status.
How is the XYPN Billing calculated?
- We bill in arrears based on the total number of accounts with value in your database as of the last day of the quarter. If you join Orion mid quarter your invoice will be prorated from the date your affiliate agreement is completed.
How do I pay my invoice?
- You will receive an invoice via email by the 10th business day of the new quarter. Payment will be automatically processed end of the 3rd week of the quarter.
Something is incorrect in my invoice. Who do I reach out to?
- If you identify an discrepancy in your invoice please reach out to us at orion@xyplanningnetwork.com as soon as possible so we can review and process a correction.
Am I charged for Capitect while running Orion in parallel for a month/or quarter?
Yes. When you receive access to Orion and choose to keep Capitect active. Capitect will charge $25/month month during that overlap period.

Eclipse
The cost is $500 per quarter.
Optional Setup Fee: $1,500 — This includes a personalized onboarding with the Orion Trading Team, who will configure your Eclipse instance and conduct a series of Zoom training sessions. The onboarding process typically takes 5–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your trading setup.

Additional Add On Options
ByAll Accounts
Accounts brought into Orion via ByAll that will be available throughout the Orion platform. These accounts will not be included in your Orion Database Fee account count.
- $80 per account per year.
Outside accounts within the client portal via Plaid
This allows your clients to link outside bank accounts and 401Ks within the Orion Client Portal to have a full picture of their net worth. Please note, these accounts will only appear within the Orion client portal.
- $10 per Household per year
Printed Statements
This will allow you access to Orion's print vendor Quantum to have statements printed and mailed directly to your clients.
- Approximately $5 per client per statements including postage through USPS.
Professional Services Support
- $200/hr or purchase in blocks of time
