Sending Reports to Multiple Household Members

Orion allows for you to send reports generated from within the Orion Report Batch tool to multiple members of the same household. For example, if the household contains spouses who would both like to receive either a mailed statement or the email notification regarding the statement being available within the Client Portal.


  1. Go to Portfolio Audit>Household > Right click or Double click to edit the desired Household
  2. Go to Household Members and 'Add New' 

 -Ensure that the Household member that you are adding is the secondary member of the Household (For example, if Household 123 is comprised of Client A & Client B and Client A's email is the main address on file, add Client B's information) Do not re-enter the main client in this section.

4. Enter in client information in personal and then select address and add in their email address. Make sure to also select 'send statements to this address' and save.


If you have already generated the report batch within the Reporting app follow the below steps to add in the new Household Members.

  1. Go into the designated report batch and click on actions. From there, select sync entities.
  2. You should see additional rows populate in the report batch that are underneath the designated Household, which signifies the other members who should also be receiving the statement.
  3. If they do not populate after entities are synced, you will have to regenerate the report batch.
