Client Portal Account Deactivated
Any clients who do not log in within 120 days will be inactivated in the Orion system.
To reactive the user, the advisor must:
- Log into Orion and go to Manage Users app
- Filter for Not Active in the right sidebar menu
- Find the client searching within the grid view - right-click - select "Activate User"
- You can also select the Reset User option if the client needs to reset their password. If the client remembers their original credentials you can skip this step.
Please Note: The user MUST login within 24 hours of being reset within Orion. If they do not login within 24 hours their user profile will become inactive again and you will need to re-activate them again.
