Closing Accounts in Orion

When an account is canceled at the custodian Orion will not be notified and the account will need to be canceled separately within Orion. Having the account fully canceled within Orion will remove it from your total account count for your quarterly invoice.

Please note: we calculate values for your invoice as of the last day of the quarter. Account cancellation requests need to be submitted by 12:00 PM CST to ensure that our team has time to review and respond to your request.
