Customize Client Portal
In the Orion Planning App, select your client and the down arrow under their name. Then select Configure Access.
The Client Access menu allows you to customize what the client has access to in their portal. All changes made in this menu save immediately and will be visible to any users within your firm who have access to this particular client's portal.
Client Portal Landing Page
The default Client Portal Landing Page is established within the Firm Settings. If you would like a particular client to have a different landing page other than the firm’s default, override it by assigning a different landing page within the Client Access menu.
For instance, the Client Overview might be the best option for clients that need a more comprehensive portal, whereas Personal Finances might be a better option for clients that need an investment-centric portal.
Click Save & Preview at the bottom of the Client Access menu to see exactly how the client will view their portal. This is helpful when confirming setting changes, answering portal navigation questions, troubleshooting values, etc. Once you select Save & Preview, the 'client view' opens in a separate tab, allowing you to compare your view with what they would see.
