Orion will reach out to Pontera on your behalf with the unique file identifier and request the data be sent.
You will need to reach out to Pontera to request that they include the full SSNs in the data they send to Orion.

Requests not completed within 60 days are subject to cancellation. Custodial delays and other special circumstances may allow for more time as necessary.
Please Note: Pontera does not send SSNs unless specifically requested by the advisor. Auto-householding is not available without SSNs. New feed setups will not have auto-householding enabled.
This feed contains name files, so accounts can be created automatically through the feed.
